Learn More โFlorida Wildlife Pros serves the entire tri-county area โ Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach โ seven days a week, with same-day and emergency response for urgent situations. When you call, it helps to have a few details ready: what animal you're seeing (or the signs you've noticed), exactly where it is on the property, and whether people or pets are currently at risk. That lets us gauge urgency and bring the right equipment on the first visit.
Not sure whether what you're dealing with is an emergency? When in doubt, call โ describing the situation takes two minutes and could save you a dangerous encounter or thousands of dollars in damage. We would rather talk you through it than have you try to handle a nuisance alligator, a venomous snake or a raccoon in the attic on your own.
FAQ
Contact & Scheduling Questions
How quickly can you come out?
For urgent situations we prioritize same-day and emergency response across all three counties. For non-urgent work we schedule at the earliest convenient time. Call 561-940-1895 and we'll let you know our next availability.
What information should I have ready when I call?
The animal or signs you're seeing, its exact location on the property, and whether people or pets are at risk. Photos can help too, but never put yourself in harm's way to get one.
Do you serve my area?
If you're anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county, yes. See our service areas page for your specific city.
How does pricing work?
We provide clear, upfront pricing based on the animal, the situation and the access involved โ before any work begins. No surprises. Call 561-940-1895 for a quote.
What To Do While You Wait
If you've reported an urgent situation, a few simple steps keep everyone safe until we arrive. Keep people and pets well away from the animal โ especially with alligators and snakes, where distance is your best protection. Do not attempt to trap, corner, feed or move the animal yourself; that's when injuries and bites happen. If it's safe to do so from a distance, keep the animal in sight so we can locate it quickly when we get there. And never seal up a hole where wildlife is getting in until the structure has been inspected โ you could trap an animal, or its young, inside your walls.
For any situation involving immediate danger to human life, contact local emergency services first. For everything else, we're your call โ seven days a week, across all of South Florida.
Common Wildlife Situations We Handle
Not sure whether your situation warrants a call? Here are some of the most common reasons South Florida homeowners, businesses and communities reach out to us โ every one of which we handle routinely:
- An alligator in a pool, yard, garage, pond, canal or on a golf course, or one that's lost its fear of people.
- Iguanas overrunning a seawall, dock, patio or landscaping, or burrowing into banks and hardscape.
- A snake inside the home, garage or pool cage, or repeated sightings you can't identify.
- Scratching or thumping in the attic or walls โ a classic sign of raccoons, opossums or rats.
- A rodent infestation in the attic, kitchen, garage or a commercial kitchen.
- Bats roosting in an attic or roofline, with guano accumulating below.
- A foul, worsening odor pointing to a dead animal inside a wall, attic or duct.
- Repeat wildlife problems where you want the entry points sealed once and for all.
If your situation is on this list โ or even if it isn't โ call 561-940-1895. We've almost certainly handled it before, and we'll tell you exactly what to do next.
